On Monday, November 6, at 6:00 pm, the Il Posto Documentos team participated in the Curatorial Debates organized by the UAI’s Master’s Degree in Art History and Diploma in Curatorship with the talk «Building a project: Curatorship and archive at Il Posto.» The presentation was held via zoom and was given by Antonio Echeverría, Director of Il Posto Documentos, and Josefina Lewin, Responsible of Archive and Academic Coordination.

«Building a project: curatorship and archiving at Il Posto.»

This talk invites you to learn about the project of the art space Il Posto, an institution located in Santiago dedicated to the conservation, study and dissemination of Chilean and Latin American contemporary art. During the presentation, we will review some of our most recent exhibitions, focusing on the dynamics of their curatorship, and then discuss the work we do in our research center, giving participants tools to access the resources available in our archive.
