Juan José Santos talks about «ANDER: Resistencia cultural en El Trolley y Matucana 19»

On the occasion of the opening of the exhibition «ANDER: Cultural Resistance in El Trolley and Matucana 19», its curator, Juan José Santos, presented on Thursday October 6 at Il Posto Documentos a conference where he talked about the research and production process of this exhibition. The talk served to deepen not only in the history of El Trolley and Matucana 19, but also in certain aspects related to the museography of the exhibition and «the problems, fictions and conflicts» derived from the curatorial practice.

Juan José Santos is an art critic and independent curator. He is founding director of Art on Trial and author of the books Curaduría de Latinoamérica (2018), Curaduría de Latinoamérica Vol. II (2020) and Juicio al postjuicio. What is art criticism for today? (2019).
