Wolf Vostell

German artist. Co-founder of the Fluxus movement and creator of the term Dé- coll/age, technique opposite to collage, that is to say, the creation of a new work by tearing or ripping off parts of the original.

He did his first art studies in Cologne, Germany in the areas of painting, photography and lithography, and later at the academy in Wuppertal, Germany, in free painting and experimental typography.

In 1976 he founded the Museo Vostell Malpartida in Spain.
